Friends & personal contacts
Excluded contacts receive no sales replies or customer reminders. Enter the full phone number including country code. For a WhatsApp LID, exclude the chat directly in Conversations.
Thoughtful message pacing
Messages are combined before replying. Limits apply to delivery attempts. Queued sales replies expire after 15 minutes.
Backend booking links
Set PUBLIC_BASE_URL in .env to a stable HTTPS address for this server. Private links expire in 7 days and accept one submission.
Conversation rehearsal
Test conversation sandbox. No WhatsApp messages, live bookings or reminders are created.
